Shipping & Order Confirmation Policy

We ship all orders with Parcelforce. Please note that we do not have an automated receipt system. Instead, we will email your purchase details directly to you. This email will include:

The price and quantity

Your invoice number

A tracking number provided by Parcelforce

This ensures you always have clear and accurate details of your order straight to your inbox.

Returns & Refunds Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have up to 14 days (a fortnight) from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Once we receive your return request, we will contact you with instructions for sending the item(s) back.

After your return is processed, we will issue your refund. Refunds are sent back directly to the payment method used at checkout.

We will contact you during the process to confirm when your refund has been issued.
